How to creat a ticket on the Business Portal is explained below.

(1) Access Business Portal.

(2) Login to Business Portal with the Email address which is registered as User ID.
     *If you cannot login with the Email address, please confirm with an administrator.

(3) Select "Arcstar Universal One" from "Services" menu item.

(4) After moving to home screen of Arcstar Universal One, click "Creat Ticket" from "Service Desk" tab.

(5) Select the item in the "Category", and then press "Select Category" button.

(6) Fill in the necessary information, and then creat a ticket.
