平素はNTTドコモビジネス ECL for ERPをご利用いただき誠にありがとうございます。
下記の通り、品質向上のためのメンテナンスについてご案内いたします。

■サービス影響
メンテナンス期間中、ECL4ERPポータルへの通信において、数分程度の通信断が5回、20分程度の通信断が1回発生します。
20分程度の通信断は1時～6時の時間帯を計画しております。
想定外の事象が発生した場合は、通信断の回数が増える場合があります。

上記の通信断に伴い、ECL4ERPポータルへのアクセス(GUI/API)が失敗します。

We inform you of a system maintenance.

-Schedule:
2025/Aug/16(Sat)22:00 - 2025/Aug/17(Sun) 06:00 [JST]

-Target Datacenter:
Tokyo DC

-Service Impact:
During the maintenance period, communication to the ECL4ERP Portal will be interrupted 5 times for a few minutes and once for 20 minutes.
The 20-minute communication breakdown is planned to occur between 1:00 and 6:00 pm.
The number of communication breaks may increase if unexpected events occur.
Access to the ECL4ERP portal (GUI/API) will fail due to the above communication breakdowns.
